Our People are experts in their area. At Aspenware we hire and cultivate our people. Over the past 7 years we have grown an expert workforce in Architecture, Project Management, Business Analysis, Development, Database, and Testing. Aspenware employees work to maintain a solid core technology foundation while pursuing special expertise in various disciplines. As new technology becomes available a person or two will work with it in its Alpha or Beta releases and then be prepared to evangelize the technology to other team members when it becomes production ready. This approach is true for all aspects of our business whether it be improvements in process, development, architecture, or testing. Our People are invested in your success. A project team of Aspenware employees works together throughout the life cycle of the project. Our project managers often support Business Analysis and Testing. Our developers participate in the initial design, development, and application maintenance throughout the life-cycle of the project. As solutions grow beyond what a single small team can accomplish Aspenware endeavors to architect the solution into bite sized pieces where each piece can be handled by these smaller, high performance teams. This approach allows for our customer to get to know the team members, and the team members to get know their customer. This philosophy of software development is very different from many consulting companies that utilize an assembly line approach where many people participate in the process but no set of people completely own the solution.
