Aspenware is seeking an Implementation and Support Specialist
Summary: Aspenware works with dozens of ski resorts & other technology partners in North America and around the world designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge commerce and resort solutions. As an Implementation and Support Specialist (or Senior Specialist, depending on experience) on the service team, you’ll work directly with ski resorts and their teams (guest service, rental, lessons, ticketing, etc.) to understand the needs and challenges of the resort in order to deliver an ecommerce product that is uniquely fitted for each resort. You’ll be responsible for having great relationships with customers, training their teams to setup the Aspenware ecommerce software, and keeping projects on track and on time. You’ll also regularly work with resorts to understand and help solve their problems using Aspenware’s products, listen to and take in their ideas and requests for improvements, ensure customer happiness, and make their day.
